Real clients

Home service marketing case studies.

Three real businesses, walked through one at a time.

A pressure washing company in Georgia, a paver sealing company in Florida, a tree service in Nevada. Who they are, what Data Chasing runs for them, what the advertising actually returned, and each owner saying it in his own words.

Case study 01 · Brunswick, Georgia

Atlantic Coastal Cleaning

Pressure washing · Devon Swanson

  • Veteran owned and operated
  • Two trucks
  • 5.0 on Google

Devon Swanson runs Atlantic Coastal Cleaning out of Brunswick, Georgia — a veteran-owned pressure washing company working two trucks along the Georgia coast. He is the longest-standing client Data Chasing has, and the one whose work goes furthest: not just ads, but the site, the CRM, the review system and the past-customer list.

What Data Chasing runs

  • Website build
  • CRM and lead routing
  • Review automation
  • Database reactivation
  • Meta ads

The numbers

Two Meta campaigns, both still reported the way Meta reports them. A "Lead (Form)" is a form fill — not a booked job and not revenue.

  • Holidays 10% OFF183Leads (Form)$22.25 per lead · $4,072 spent
  • House Wash75Leads (Form)$53.04 per lead · $3,978 spent

258 form fills across both campaigns.

The list paid for it first: Devon reports it books over $50,000 a year, and it does it again every year. His calendar has not had a gap since. He has hired two full-time crews on the back of it — and he is off the truck.

I'm the owner of Atlantic Coastal Cleaning and Nick's been helping me out with using his services of Data Chasing and review chasing and to grow my business, and we've made a pretty big jump from the last couple of months. We're booked out every single day now and we're getting bigger and bigger.

Case study 02 · Bonita Springs, Florida

Gulf Coast Sealing & Pressure Cleaning

Paver sealing · Michael Charland

  • 5.0 on Google, 74 reviews
  • Two years working together

Michael Charland seals and installs pavers around Bonita Springs, Florida. His Google listing carries a 5.0 rating across 74 reviews, with more than three hundred photos on it. Data Chasing has run his marketing for about two years — his own words for the arrangement are on the video below.

What Data Chasing runs

  • 21-page local SEO site, built from scratch
  • Google Business Profile
  • Review automation
  • Meta ads

The numbers

One long-running Meta campaign for paver sealing, reported exactly as Meta reports it.

  • Paver Sealing Leads V1591Leads (Form)$26.20 per lead · $15,480 spent

Michael reports that campaign turned into more than $360,000 of closed work. Against the $15,480 it cost to run, that is about twenty-three dollars back for every dollar in — his figure for his books, our figure for the spend.

I've been working with Nick for the past couple years. He's helped us grow our business. He's definitely made the marketing side of the business a lot easier. I would recommend anybody that's looking to grow — run ads, Google reviews, website, anything of that sort — to go with Nick. So give Nick a call and he'll get you right.

Case study 03 · Reno, Nevada

Aspen Tree Service

Tree service · Jose Villarreal

  • Tree removal and stump grinding

Jose Villarreal runs Aspen Tree Service in Reno, Nevada — tree removal and stump grinding, a long way from the Georgia and Florida coasts the other two work. Tree work has a season, and the gap between seasons is where a crew gets expensive.

What Data Chasing runs

  • Database reactivation
  • Meta ads

The numbers

One Meta campaign pairing tree service with a stump-grinding offer, reported as Meta reports it.

  • TREE SR + 50% OFF Stump R189Leads (Form)$24.50 per lead · $4,630 spent

The point of the list here was timing. Data Chasing ran it through the slow season, when the phone would otherwise have gone quiet, and Jose reports it produced $50,000 of tree work — enough to keep the crew booked until the busy season came back.

Anybody who's ever been in business for any length of time knows that marketing is the lifeblood of your business. If you're looking to scale up, if you're looking to get successful — give Data Chasing and Nick a call. You won't be disappointed.

What the ad accounts actually produced

A few examples, pulled straight from Meta Ads Manager. These are some of the campaigns Data Chasing built and manages, not the whole client list. Leads (Form) is Meta's own label and it means a completed lead form — not a booked job and not revenue. What happens after the form is the client's sales process, not a number Data Chasing can claim.

For context, WordStream / LocaliQ 2025 put the average cost per lead for Home & Home Improvement at $41.26 across 726 US lead campaigns (April 2024 – June 2025). That is a national average across a broad category, not a like-for-like comparison, so treat it as a reality check on the numbers above rather than a claim about what Data Chasing will get you.

The system behind it

How the review automation works

Data Chasing's review automation enrols a customer, schedules the follow-up sequence, waits the right number of days, and sends — with message IDs back from the carrier proving each one went out. Data Chasing runs it on its own platform, so changes ship the same day. It is part of every plan on the pricing page.

Straight answer

How to see the real accounts

I'm a small agency with three clients I can talk about, not fifty logos on a wall. What I can do is open the real accounts on a call and walk you through exactly what's running and what it's doing. Book the call and I'll screen-share it. The full list of services is here.
