The whole operation

What Data Chasing does

Six services, in the order that makes you money fastest. Reactivation goes first because it pays before anything else is live. The full detail is on the home service marketing services page.

01

Data Chasing texts your past customers

The name says it: you have the data, Data Chasing does the chasing — reviews, referrals and repeat customers. It loads your list, sends a two-text sequence, and books jobs in week one.

  • Your customer list gets loaded
  • A two-text sequence goes out
  • Replies land on your phone

Data Chasing does your local SEO

The pages, titles and structure that tell Google what you do and where you do it. A page per service and per city you actually serve, instead of one page trying to cover everything.

Sound familiar?

You didn't start this business to be a marketer.

  1. Leads come in when they feel like it. Some weeks nothing.Ads create demand when the phone goes quiet.
  2. Your website was built once, years ago, and nobody has touched it since.A real build for your trade and your city.
  3. You have hundreds of past customers and no way to reach them.Your list gets loaded and texted in week one.
  4. Somebody already sold you SEO. You are not sure what you got.Pages you can see, and a plain account of what changed.
  5. Every marketing guy wants six months and a contract before you see anything. Two weeks free. Cancel any month.

None of that is a you problem. It's a nobody-is-running-it problem.

The reactivation math

We get you money before you pay us a dime.

Data Chasing works from a list of 200 to 500 past customers, sends a two-text sequence, and most owners book three to five jobs in the first week.

200–500old customers sitting in your phone, your invoices or your QuickBooks

2texts is the whole sequence

3–5jobs most owners book in the first week, from people who already trust them

That's the arithmetic Data Chasing works from, on a list you already owned. It happens during your free trial, before you've paid anything. These are planning ranges, not a promise.

No risk

Two weeks free, then month to month

  1. 01Week oneFreeEverything gets built and turned on.
  2. 02Week twoFreeIt goes live and the reactivation texts go out.
  3. 03From thereMonth to monthCancel in any month. No exit call.
  • No contract. No six-month minimum.
  • Data Chasing sets it all up during the free trial, so you see the work before you pay.
  • One extra job a month pays for it.
  • Ad spend is separate and you pay Google and Facebook directly. We never touch your card.
Straight talk

Who Data Chasing is for

Data Chasing works with home service companies running one to three trucks that already have a list of past customers. It is a poor fit for solo operators and for seasonal-only markets.

A good fit5

  • You run a home service company with one to three trucks.
  • You are doing real money — $250k+ a year.
  • You have a list of past customers you have never marketed to.
  • Leads are hit-or-miss and you cannot predict next month.
  • Somebody other than you can answer the phone.

Not a fit4

  • You are a solo operator still swinging the wand and answering the phone.
  • You are under about $150k a year.
  • You have no past-customer list to work with.
  • Your market is seasonal-only.

If that's you, the next step is a call with Data Chasing.

Who it's for

Data Chasing works with contractors who want to grow.

The owner who is great at the work and wants more of it.

  • Pressure washing
  • Paver sealing
  • Tree service
  • Epoxy floors
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC
  • Landscaping
  • Roofing
  • Painting
  • Pool service
  • and every trade like them

Common questions

Questions home service owners ask first.

These are the questions that come up on almost every first call, answered the same way Data Chasing answers them on the phone.

What does Data Chasing actually do?

Data Chasing runs the whole marketing operation for a home service company. Data Chasing texts your past customers to book jobs, builds your website, manages your Google Business Profile, and runs your Meta and Google ads. You answer the phone. Everything else is handled.

How fast will I see anything?

Database reactivation books jobs in the first week, because it markets to people who already paid you once. A website takes two to three weeks. Google Business Profile results build over 30 to 90 days. Paid ads produce calls in the first week of the campaign.

Is there a contract?

No. Data Chasing works month to month with no minimum term, and no setup fee on any monthly plan — the one exception is the Website plan, whose $197 one-time builds the site and is credited toward Starter if you upgrade. The first two weeks are free, so the work is built and running before you pay anything. Cancel in any month, without an exit call or a retention offer.

Who pays for the ad spend?

You do, directly to Google and Facebook on your own card. Data Chasing never touches your card and never marks the spend up. On the call, Data Chasing will tell you the monthly figure below which ads cannot do real work in your market.

What do I have to do?

Answer the phone. For the website build, send photos and answer a few questions about your trade and your service area. For everything else — reactivation, your Google profile, your ads — you do nothing. That is the entire point of the arrangement.

What if I do not have a past-customer list?

Then Data Chasing is probably not the right fit yet. The fastest money comes from texting people who already paid you once. Without that list you start from ads and SEO alone, which is slower and more expensive. Data Chasing will say so on the call.
